N2 - Team Software Process (TSP) has been widely used in many top software development enterprises, which has created great benefits for these enterprise. This paper describes researches and implementation of TSP and states TSP and three parts including team formation, team launch and team work. It introduces the implementation process of TSP, and analyzes the advantages and drawbacks of the process. Aiming at the drawbacks of the process, we propose two advanced schemes called Tailored TSP (TTSP) and Level TSP (LTSP) to improve the current TSP method. The two proposed schemes can help the developing organizations to implement TSP gradually and help to coordinate the implementations of Personal Software Process (PSP) and Capability Maturity Model (CMM) to optimize the process. These schemes that present implementation strategy can guide software teams to accomplish TSP.
