Research and Development of Hybrid Impact Tester Based on Hydraulic Servo System

摘要

This paper presents a novel hybrid impact tester which is driven by hydraulic servo system to simulate the actual impact environment. Compared with the traditional drop hammer tester, the highest impact velocity of the novel tester is significantly increased in the same vertical space. To satisfy the high precision requirements of impact velocity, a high performance controller based on extened state observer is designed. The impact tester designed in this paper has been verified by experiments and can accurately track the impact velocity command.
