摘要

Space manipulator is the essential technology tool of assemble, management, maintain and space application in space station, which is significant to construction of the space station. The components of them become more complicated according to diversified function and the interaction with others (A. Urbina, 2011). In this kind of system many factors simultaneously influence the system to determine the state of operation. There are cascading and coupling effects among some reliability influence factors with many uncertainties or imperfect information caused by inherent variability in materials, environments, etc. which influence system performance and reliability. However the relationship between various factors is usually imperfect and the information is unclear, incomplete and uncertain because of the feature of complexity, coupling and cascading (C.L. Tan 2014). Moreover, full scale testing is currently not feasible for space manipulator under actual use environments, some limited testing is often available for components, subsystems (i.e. groups of components) and a very limited number of tests of the full system in other use environments(A. Urbina, 2011). However a large amount of information on the uncertainty is required to construct precise distributions for imprecise parameters, which, unfortunately, are not always available or sometimes very expensive to obtain (C. Jiang, 2013), traditional multivariate statistical methods could have a hard time obtaining a persuasive explanation. As a result, a new analysis method needs to be located.
