摘要
The main destination was to develop the analytical model of rectangular tooth straight through labyrinth seal based on fluid network method. Plenty of computational fluid dynamics simulation data was integrated, and the model was verified by commercial software Flowmaster GT version. The results show that the analytical model developed has high precision, and can be used under complicated conditions including super-sonic flow. Only geometric features and boundary conditions are required for modeling, convergence performs well, and straight through seals with different shapes can be modeled as well. Thus, it can be used as a standard model in secondary air system simulation widely.
