摘要
The reactive power compensation installed on the outdoor transmission pole is an important means to compensate inductive reactive power. But until now, most of the reactive power compensation only can compensate the reactive power after it. Theoretically, reactive power compensation capacitor can be used to compensate inductive reactive power both after and before itself as optimal reactive power planning algorithm. In allusion to the problems mentioned above, a novel design is presented which install the measurement part and the compensation part of one compensation equipment at two net in a distribution network to solve the problem that the compensation range of the reactive power compensation is limited. And based on the equipment, a appropriate optimal reactive power planning method is proposed. The candidate places of the compensating part are determined based on sensitivity analysis. The measurement part are determined based on the principle of lowest power loss in the same compensation capacity. The solution method of optimal reactive power planning is based on genetic algorithm. The result of example systems proves that the method is effective in improving the compensation effect and gaining greater economic benefits.
