摘要
To balance customers' satisfaction level with complexity and cost of product maintenance in product customization, customization level of product was determined by conjoint analysis model and Interpolation Method (IM). In this model, starting with reclassification of component, utility of various product customization solutions were estimated by using IM, and then utility of eigenvalues of qualitative and quantitative components were quantified by conjoint analysis model. According to their magnitude and fluctuant trend, styles of components and customers' attention to components were judged. Finally, customization level of product and adscription of configuration power of components were determined.
