Preparation of Ni-Cr composite sol and its application in high emissivity coating

摘要

The composite coating, obtained by doping nano SiC into synthesized Ni-Cr composite sol, is sprayed on the surface of nickel-base superalloy to prepare infrared high emissivity composite ceramic coating NiO Cr2O3-SiC. The result shows that the coating, having high emissivity, bonds well with substrate and have better property of thermal shock resistance than Al2O3-SiC ceramic coating.
