摘要
Nanometer oxide/Nafion composite membranes were prepared by solution casting. XRD and ATR/FT-IR analysis showed that SiO2, TiO2, Al2O3 and ZnO nanometer oxides were homogeneously dispersed in composite membranes, and didn't agglomerate together. Compared with Nafion 112 membrane and blank Nafion membrane, proton conductivity of composite membranes decreased. However methanol permeability of composite membranes decreased by a large extent. SiO2/Nafion (P was about 10-7cm2/s) and TiO2/Nafion (P was about 10-8cm2/s) membranes were the best in the aspect of barrier methanol performance. It was indicated that these nanometer oxides/Nafion composite membranes are excellent candidate membrane materials for direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC) applications.
