abstract = "In this paper, a cooperative target tracking problem for fixed-wing UAV swarm is studied. The UAV model with dynamic model, constraints of motion and detection of fixed-wing UAV is established. A cooperative tracking strategy is proposed to achieve the cooperative tracking task by maintaining the distance between the swarm center and the target, the distance between the center and UAVs, and to avoiding the collision between UAVs. A prediction on the position of target is applied to deal with the maneuver of target. A simulation example is given via a comparison of two strategies to track a target with acceleration and turn maneuvers, based on which the effectiveness of proposed method to track a dynamic target with maneuvers is illustrated.",
