摘要
Aiming at the reverse design at product level, a functional surface-based tri-layer precision model of product-part-functional surface is proposed. The products' precision models are derived reversely from their 3D models so that the precision design of the products can be achieved. The implementation process of the precision reconstruction is elaborated and a piston fixture is presented as an example for validation.
