摘要
High-resolution earth observation system wins the favor of users of surveying, agriculture, forestry, mining, urban planning, land resources and other fields, for its high-definition video products. Meanwhile, a new problem of management science emerges. This problem is how to improve the whole efficiency of the system by handling overall its mission, from different users' needs and usually oversubscribed, under the circumstance of the random interference of cloud and others. Through the analysis of the management flow of high-resolution earth observation mission, we point out that the key of mission management is the problem of mission planning and resources scheduling, and then build a conceptual model of the problem around the basic input and output. Compared with vehicle scheduling and job-shop scheduling, we emphasize the particularity of the problem and discuss its giant complexity in detail from mission, resources, constraints and optimization goals. Finally, we propose that the methodology of overall optimization is suitable for the problem of high-resolution Earth observation system mission management, based on the thought of systems science. Moreover, we analyze the hierarchy, emergence and coordination of the system.
