abstract = "In this paper, we extend the product high-order ambiguity function (PHAF) to PHAF based on fractional lower order statistics (FLOS) (PHAF\_FLOS). The PHAF\_FLOS can get a better performance in the stable noise environment than PHAF. The PHAF\_FLOS can get a good result when estimate the parameters of multi-component polynomial signals not only under the Gaussian noise but also under the stable noise case. Because the real SAR signal is more similar to be the α stable distribution than the Gaussian distribution [4], we use the PHAF\_FLOS in the autofocus of hybrid SAR.",
