摘要
The rapid global economic development and ongoing industrialization have led to an increasing recognition of the detrimental impacts caused by fine particles at the nanometer scale. These particles, originating from both natural and anthropogenic sources, have significant impacts on the environment, climate, and human health. Currently, the detection of fine particles is primarily categorized into mass and number concentrations. While mass concentration detection technologies have been well established, there is now a shift in focus toward accurate measurement of particle number concentrations. Among the primary methods for counting fine particles, condensation particle counting (CPC) and electrostatic counting are prominent, with CPC being the most widely utilized approach.
