N2 - The cooperative rescue scheme for aircraft at sea is characterized by high uncertainty and complexity. According to the complexity of the scheme and the time-consuming characteristics of simulation, a hierarchical scheme optimization strategy is proposed in this paper. Based on clustering algorithm, the above series of schemes are divided into several similar schemes according to their attributes, and then a class-based scheme selector is designed to select some representative schemes in each category. Then, a series of indicators are deduced through a simulation and deduction platform based on AnyLogic. According to the needs of decision makers, the evaluation method of rescue scheme is put forward. Through several rounds of optimization and evaluation, some of the best schemes are obtained, so as to improve the efficiency of scheme formulation. The simulation results show that the proposed method can quickly select excellent rescue schemes from the rescue scheme set.
