摘要
To describe the influence of 3D printing technology on production management qualitatively, the optimization model of manufacturability discrete products based on 3D printing was discussed. A mathematical model of manufacturability was proposed and an algorithm was developed to optimize the model. Numerical tests on the model and the algorithm revealed the quantitative relationships between costs of 3D printing and complexity of objective parts. The model could be applied to optimize the manufacturability of products which was combined 3D printing with traditional manufactory technique. The proposed method could be used in product design and processing planning, which was expected to promote the practical application of 3D printing in industrial production.
