摘要
Considering the relationship between customer satisfaction and enterprise profit, a 0-1 mix integer programming model is proposed in echelon supply chain. Its objective function is the gross profit of supply chain and corresponding decision variables are supply and demand amount between every adjacent echelon nodes and customer's expected satisfaction to various kinds of products. There exists a bilevel optimal problem in the model. Some nodal enterprises are first selected from candidate nodes to join the supply chain, and then the supply and demand amount between nodal enterprises of adjacent layer and the customer's expected satisfaction to products are ascertained. Finally, a hybrid genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model, and the optimal model's correctness and algorithm's effectiveness are confirmed by numerical experiments.
