摘要

A numerical method of the impact of water droplets on the blades is introduced for a certain type of propeller in different states. The method of paddle sports model can be simplified, and the movement of air currents around the blade calculated. A CFD method for water droplets equation of motion is introduced to get the droplets trajectory. Furthermore, the impact of parameters for the blade can be calculated to design the ice protection. Main conclusions are as follows: (1) In the cruise state, the total collection efficiency Em and local collection efficiency β grow along the blade. (2) In the climb state, with the growing of flying height H and flying speed V0, the impact range in the blade surface of increase, and then β increased. (3) With increases of the average effective water droplet diameter (MVD), the water droplet impact range in the blade surface significantly increases, and at the same time, the value of β in the same location of the blade surface also will increase.
