摘要
The category 5 problem Generation and Radiation of Acoustic Waves from a 2-D Shear Layer' is solved based on the 2-D linearized Euler equation. The dispersion-relation-preserving (DRP) finite difference scheme is applied for spatial discretization and the low-dissipation and low-dispersion Runge-Kutta(LDDRK) scheme is utilized for the time integration. Special attention is paid to the implementation of the non-reflecting far-field boundary cooditions. The numerical results agree well with the analytical solutions provided by NASA GLENN research center.
