摘要
In view of the shortages of current fluid-solid coupling arithmetic in simulating the failure of solid-element structures, fluid-solid coupling numerical simulation methods of solid-element flat blade were studied and validated with MSC. Dytran software while considering its integrity and failure. On this basis, in combination with very common and serious bird impact accidents in the working process of high bypass ratio aero-engines, Finite element method (FEM) model of the solid-element hollow blades with transient dynamic load for bird impact was established and the corresponding calculation was performed. Result shows that, huge instantaneous impact stresses will occur in the blades after bird strike, leading to local plastic deformation of the blades. The failure process of the blades after bird strike was simulated finally.
