title = "Novel GNSS signal simulator for next generation GNSS",
abstract = "This paper mainly concern with the architecture of signal simulator for next generation GNSS applications. Our research is done both on software and hardware implementations. In the software development, we invited {"}object-oriented{"} concept to arrange our signal models. According to their different functions there are several different segments which are independent and replaceable to some extent with others. Customers can select their needed filters instead of choosing all. There is new way for navigation data generation described in detail in the paper. In the hardware development two methods are introduced and compared. We can save time and cost by using a vector signal generator to send our signal to RF level but there are many limitations due to the vector signal generator itself. Thus the other architecture is designed all by ourselves. We process simulation verification through a software OESA GPS receiver [1] and the positioning result turns to be fine.",
