abstract = "The working environment of a new type high pressure multistage air compressor is very poor. The distribution of temperature and pressure of the compressor at different stage is different, which can cause the compressor shell to produce structural deformation or even collapse due to the uneven distribution of temperature, pressure and stress. In light of this situation, thermal solid-fluid coupled simulation on multistage compressor cylinder compression process at all stages is carried out based on Ansys Workbench. The temperature and pressure distribution of the compressor and the structural deformation under pressure and thermal stress are obtained which provide references for the design of the compressor and the selection of the cooling mode.",
