摘要
This paper presents a bi-level programming model for investigating the day-to-day traffic information adjustment and route choice behaviors in a simple two-route network. The model is transferred as a dynamic programming model and analyzed with optimal solution. It is shown that there exists an optimal information release strategy that can drive the flow pattern to a system optimization. Numerical results verify the analytical findings.
