Neutron Irradiation Effect on Magnetic Storage Nano-Device

摘要

Effects of neutron irradiation on magnetic storage nano-device were evaluated. The results indicated that changes in electronic and magnetic properties were induced by synthetic antiferromagnetic layers damage. We proposed physical and structural analysis.
