abstract = "Many people will experience short-term negative emotional distress and fall into fear or anxiety. And the emergence of these emotions is strongly associated with negative psychological imagery. This paper combines generative artificial intelligence with psychological healing in the XR environment, transforming the abstract fear and self-strength in the user's heart into concrete and perceptible images, thereby reducing resistance to negative emotions. Moreover, through question guidance, it helps users gradually weaken the fear imagery and form positive psychological suggestions. We have collected users' experience feedback through experiments.",
