N2 - As the widely application of Giant Magneto Resistive(GMR) and Tunnel Magneto Resistance(TMR) sensors in the field of current detection and high frequency magnetic field measurement, the output characteristic of the sensors has been studied detailed recent years. As known, hysteresis is the major reason that causes measurement error and most recent researches are focusing on static hysteresis characteristics. However, the sensor maximum hysteresis error is not a constant when the frequency of input magnetic field changes. In fact, the maximum hysteresis error may increase with the frequency increasing. Therefore, in this paper, we present the relationship between them and design the automatic hysteresis test system, then fit the model with the acquisition data. The research presented in this paper is the foundational work to study the sensors hysteresis compensation deeply.
