摘要
Based on the problems, such as bad dynamic response and low natural frequency of the traditional power-by-wire (PBW) integrated actuation, this paper put forward an improved electrohydraulic compound regulating integrated actuator (EHCA) to which a total pressure control valve is added to enhance the natural frequency by keeping the sum of pressures in the high pressures cavity and the low pressure cavity of the cylinder constant and to improve the dynamic response. Considering the effects of such nonlinear factors such as structural stiffness, friction and pipeline leakage which can not be ignored in EHCA, the nonlinear model of EHCA is built. Based on AMESim simulation validation, the nonlinear model is proved to be a preferable one which can fairly reflect the performance of the practical system. This provides the theoretical foundation to the further structure optimization and control of the PBW integrated actuator.
