N2 - The design and analysis of the general quality characteristic test of aviation equipment are developing in the direction of informatization, intelligence and integration, but there are many problems in the general quality characteristic test of equipment in engineering application, such as unclear correlation of test activities, isolated and repeated test work. Firstly, this paper analyzes the connotation of integrated testing from the dimensions of equipment structure, index system and life cycle. And then, the integrated experimental research is carried out with the model as the core based on the thought of Model-Based Systems Engineering. Finally, taking the integrated test of steering gear as an example, this paper realizes the integrated test system, through the complete modeling process of “Requirements Analysis - Function Analysis - Design Synthesis”. It solves the problems of a lot of repetitive work, incomplete analysis, and difficulty in updating and iterating in the integrated test.
