Modal analysis and multidisciplinary optimization of disk-shaped rotor in MSCMG

摘要

An analytical method to calculate the elastic rocking modal frequency of the disk-shaped rotor is presented based on the static deformation theory of the beam and thin plate. Through this method, the influences of the main structural parameters on the frequency of the rocking modal are analyzed. The results show that parameters, namely aspect ratio, radius ratio and length of the rotor have influences on the rocking frequency of the disk-shaped rotor. Finally, the multidisciplinary optimal design of the disk-shaped rotor applied in the MSCMG is conducted. The NLPQL optimization method is utilized during parameter iteration. The multidisciplinary characteristics of the rotor such as the electromagnetic, static and dynamic factors are considered in the optimization. Compared with the initial structure, the optimized mass of the rotor is reduced by 19.4%.
