摘要

The traditional petri net that used to model and analyze the performance of manufacturing system is limited in the evaluation and optimization of mission reliability with the increasing requirements of product reliability and complexity of manufacturing system. Therefore, aiming at improving the mission reliability of manufacturing system from the system level, an integrated production scheduling method based on the Quality-inspected Place Petri Net(QPPN) is proposed. First, identify the important parameters that affect the mission reliability to establish the relationship among performance state of manufacturing equipment, execution state of manufacturing tasks, quality state of work-in-process(WIP) and mission reliability, and the QPPN model with seven tuples is establish. Then, a heuristic production scheduling method is proposed based on QPPN model. Finally, a mission reliability analysis and production scheduling case of the flexible manufacturing system is given to verify the availability of the model.
