Microstructure topology optimization of multiphase material using immune genetic algorithm

摘要

This paper deals with the microstructure topology optimization of periodic multiphase materials using immune genetic algorithm (IGA). The object is to find the optimized microstructure topology that maximizes the elastic module of the material, subject to volume fraction constraints of the constituent phases. The mechanism of immune system is induced into genetic algorithm with the purpose of overcome the evolution process converging to local optima. By means of IGA and homogenization method, two-phase materials with maximized effective elastic module are obtained.
