摘要
The meshless Galerkin method numerical simulation was investigated for the axi-symmetric problems in forging process. The stress-strain relation for the axi-symmetric problems was given based on Mises yield criterion and rigid plastic flow theory. The basic equation of the meshless Galerkin method was established with moving least squares approximation function. On the base of the rigid plastic constitutive relation and the moving least square method, the meshless Galerkin quations were deduced based on the Markov variation principle. The meshless Galerkin method numerical simulation procedure for the axi-symmetric problems was developed with C++ language. The forging process of the Waspaloy alloy turbine disc was simulated with the developed procedure. The final shape of the forging part and the flow law of the material during forming process were predicted. The distribution laws of the nodes and the equivalent plastic strain during forming process were obtained.
