摘要
In order to integrate mechatronics system multi-disciplinary design and simulation applications, the Common Information Model including all the major objects and the relationships of objects in the process of mechatronics system design and simulation is defined which makes the applications independent of their internal information to achieve interoperability and compatibility. However, the Common Information Model of mechatronics system multi-disciplinary design and simulation is defined in text and can not be used for product data management and storage in database directly. Implementation method of transforming the Common Information Model defined in text into objects in a data dictionary is presented. The objects in the data dictionary can be stored and managed in the object-oriented database directly and conveniently. When the product data is manipulated, the classes and attributes related to the product data are firstly queried out from the data dictionary. The implementation method facilitates the product data integration in an object-oriented database.
