摘要

Surface strengthening treatments are commonly employed to enhance the wear resistance of materials. However, due to the coupling of surface integrity parameters introduced by surface strengthening, the influence mechanism of individual surface integrity parameters on fretting wear behavior remains controversial. To address this, fretting wear tests were conducted un-der four different surface conditions: electrical discharge machining, longitudinal polishing, shot peening, and stress relief annealing. Through quantitative characterization of surface integrity parameters, the influence of these parameters on fret-ting wear was systematically quantified. The results indicate that the coefficient of friction exhibits a significant correlation with the discrepancy between contact surfaces, contact stiffness is predominantly determined by the discrepancy of the contact surfaces and the hardness of the material, and when frictional work is employed to quantify wear, the wear coefficient is mainly dependent on hardness, with a correlation coefficient R2 of 0.9948.
