T1 - Low-temperature mechanical behavior analysis of asphalt pavement crack sealants

N2 - In order to describe low-temperature mechanical behavior of asphalt pavement crack sealants, three hot-applied sealants and one silicone sealant were conducted by bond test, the load- displacement curves of the test were analyzed by stiffness modulus - temperature behavior characteristics theory. The results showed that three hot-applied sealants were in vitreous, glass transition region and rubber body state, respectively. And silicone sealant was Hooke elastomer. In order to ensure good field performance, the lowest temperature in areas where hot-applied sealants applied should higher than its glass transition temperature, and silicone sealant should have good extension performance.
