摘要
Aiming at the feature of effective locators'dynamic changing, "X-2-1" dynamic locating principle was proposed. To calculate Reconfigurable Holding Fixture (RHF) location parameters, the surface parts virtual setup was built based on the geometric constraints. Through coordination of the elements birth and death's sequence and the milling forces'loading, the finite element simulation of aircraft skins trimming process was achieved. The experiments of classical aircraft skin parts trimming was done, and the results showed that the machining accuracy could meet production requirements.
