摘要
To investigate the performance of a newly developed stiff ODE solver for combustion simulation, Exponential Integrator with Schur-Krylov Approximation (EISKA), in three dimensional combustion simulations, the LES for the Sandia Flame-D is presented. Full size GRI-Mech 3.0 with 53 species and 325 reactions is implemented. Simulation results of the EISKA are compared with the experimental data and those of the DVODE solver. Comparison demonstrates that the EISKA is not only as accurate as the DVODE solver but also accelerates the computation to a speedup factor of 2.35.
