摘要

CuO nanoplates are fabricated and formulated into a nano ink to print Pt/CuO/Pt memory device. Laser sintering is used to create interconnections between CuO nanoplates and reduces CuO to Cu2O to promote the formation of the conductive filaments. The ratio of the resistance at high and low resistance state increases 10 - 100 times after laser sintering. Moreover, controllable multilevel resistance has been proved in this device. This ink-printing assisted with laser sintering process enables to rapid, low-cost, and large-scale fabricating of memory devices with controllable properties.
