Knowledge Transfer and Dynamics Behavior Pattern of Network Organization (I)

Previous studies suggested the interaction between knowledge transfer and structural characteristics and 4 behavior pattern of network organization. In these research works, however, the process of knowledge transfer is explored from the micro-level. Little, concerning the macro-level dynamics behavior pattern of network organization and the links of micro-macro in the process of knowledge transfer, is considered. In this paper, virtual experiment (VE) is utilized to explore the interdependence of knowledge transfer and dynamics behavior pattern of network organization on the basis of rules system.
