T1 - Key technology of large curvature beam-shaped convex antenna manufacture

N2 - To solve the manufacturing problem of the large curvature beam-shaped convex antenna, the key technology of manufacture was researched and the manufacturing process flow was also pointed, which adapted the precision forming principle of discrete nails die, vacuating press, honeycomb sandwich, stress release in-plane and the cemented forming method of double laminated honeycomb structure. The key technologies such as the point set calculation of the beam-shaped convex antenna generatrix, the establishment of the process supplement surface, the generation of discrete nails die and the shim plate slitting principle used for the formation of the envelope surface were discussed and implemented. The beam-shaped convex antenna reflector units were developed based on the manufacturing process flow and the measurement results were given. The Root Mean Square (RMS) of reflector unit surface accuracy achieved 30.2 μm and the feasibility and effectiveness of the manufacturing process flow were verified.
