摘要

Logistics in alpine regions face challenges such as navigating difficult terrain and enduring extreme climates, which significantly hinder supply chain efficiency. This paper tackles these challenges by introducing a joint optimization approach for truck-drone logistics networks and distribution plans in alpine regions. We have developed a two-level programming model that integrates strategic network optimization with operational route planning, taking into account critical factors like fluctuating demand, road conditions, and weather variations. This model capitalizes on the complementary strengths of drones and trucks to enhance delivery efficiency and achieve tangible cost savings. We assess the cost-effectiveness of drone technology in alpine logistics, weighing initial investment against long-term transportation savings and improvements in delivery efficiency. Our research delivers actionable insights for the implementation and optimization of logistics in alpine environment. The innovative approach presented not only enhances operational efficiency and reliability but also ensures comprehensive support, illustrating a forward-looking strategy in the application of drone technology to logistics.
