摘要
A new approach was developed to solve the nonlinear responses of the blades with friction damper that need to carry out by transforming the calculation between frequency domain and time domain. This method can calculate the nonlinear friction force conveniently and can consider the effects of the blade high modes and the high harmonics of the blade responses. Laboratory tests were conducted on nonlinear responses of two parallel blades with friction damper and theoretical study was performed on the same model. The effects of different parameters to damper performance were discussed. By comparing experimental results and analytical results proved the usability of the calculating method. The method can be used to calculate the vibration features of circular blades with friction damper, so it provided the foundation for designing the blade with friction damper.
