摘要

The interlaminar shear behavior and micro cracks of a laminated carbon fiber reinforced plastic were investigated by means of strain mapping in a wide field of view. The full-field strain distributions including normal, shear and principal strains of the sample were measured using a developed phase-shifting sampling moiré technique in a three-point bending test. The shear strain concentrations at interfaces between each two adjacent layers predicted the potential interlaminar shear failure, and the tensile strain concentrations along the loading direction pointed out the micro crack locations.
