N2 - With the rapid development of 5G, intelligent vehicles have gradually entered the market. Obstacle detection is a very important part in the realization of intelligent vehicle. Millimeter wave radar is an important perceptron for vehicle obstacle detection. In order to avoid the problem that millimeter wave is seriously blocked by metal objects, and to meet the vehicle road cooperation mechanism, an active obstacle detection method based on millimeter wave radar base station is proposed, which greatly improves the detection range of radar The obstacle detection can realize the sensing and detection of more than 200 meters, and the position information of the small ball model can be clearly seen through the two-dimensional imaging of radar echo data obtained by simulation. Through the communication between the base station and the intelligent car and the car signal processing system, the obstacle detection function can be realized.
