摘要
Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most common type of arrhythmia in clinical practice. Currently, catheter radiofrequency ablation (RFA) is the main treatment method. However, the current clinical approach of doctors manually operating interventional catheters has problems such as a heavy reliance on operator experience, limited accessibility and stability of catheter manipulation, and long-term exposure to ionizing radiation for the operator. This study designed an intelligent interventional robot system for atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation, which consists of three parts: a handle operation actuator, a catheter delivery system, and an operation control system. This robot system has achieved promising results in preliminary tests, indicating that the system is reliable and has advantages for surgical procedures. Although this system is developed for atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation, it can also be applied to other catheter ablation procedures. The system has broad prospects for clinical application translation, and offers a novel therapeutic approach.
