摘要
The experimental study on effects of gas-injector geometry and parameters of the horizontal injected effervescent atomizer on the atomizing performance and flow field was performed at normal atmospheric pressure and temperature. The test arrangement and test method were presented and the particle dynamic analyzer was used to measure average drop size, its distribution and velocity distribution. The experimental results have shown that the numbers and size of the gas-injection holes have significant influence on atomization performance, there is an optimal length of gas-liquid mixing tube to gain high atomization quality, the effect of liquid swirling on atomization of air bubble in two phase flow is small, and the atomization performance changed more and more good with injecting pressure increased.
