摘要

The change of screw assembly stress and bearing preload on inertial platform system is the main cause of inertial platform system parameters drift such as constant drift and angular misalignment. The paper appropriately simplifies the complexity structure of the inertial platform system components, discusses the inertial platform system screw assembly stress and bearing preload finite element modeling method, and finally, synthetically obtains the integrated inertial platform integrated structure finite element model and analyzes. The result properly reflects the screw assembly stress and bearing preload transmission mechanism, which finally leads to the drift of the inertial platform system parameters. The paper indicates that the slight change of assembly stress and preload stress can affect the parameter accuracy of inertial platform system which reflects the parameter drift mechanism, and the research of this paper has great significance to the inertial platform system accelerated experiment design which aims on accelerating the stable pace of inertial platform system parameter.
