摘要
After reviewing the algorithm of FDK for ICT reconstruction, the complexity of serial implementation and its parallelization were analyzed. Under the MPI parallel programming environment, ICT parallel reconstruction on cluster of PCs was taken. The parallel computing progress was realized through changing the ordinal reconstruction processing. Its software integration solution and flow chart were provided. Experimental results show that the reconstruction images of the serial algorithm and its parallelization are identical. The parallel algorithm is able to get satisfied reconstruction time and satisfied speedup efficiency.
