Human reliability test and identification of HCR model basic parameters for multi-factor “Meta-Operation”

摘要

There are the very important problems about the lack and veracity of the basic data in Human Reliability Analysis (HRA). In order to resolve the problems, the task process operations in manned spaceflight are analyzed, and “Meta-Operation” is defined. The eleven kinds of “Meta- Operations” are given which cover both the rule type and skilled cognitive type, including six operations for one person, five operations for two persons, then classify the process of tasks related to the multi-factor. According to these eleven kinds of “Meta-Operation”, the test environments and the groups of experimental persons are designed. Through five different groups of experimental persons, over ten thousand valid experimental data are obtained. The analysis of these experimental data reveals that there is no significant difference among the different groups at the “Meta-Operation” level. From the analysis, the eleven kinds of Human Cognition Reliability (HCR) model basic parameters are gotten.
