摘要
The high-speed ON/OFF valves (HSVs) have emerged as a significant research in hydraulic systems due to their superior robustness and additional advantages. To satisfy various operational requirements, digital valves typically consist of multiple parallel HSVs. However, conventional digital valve control algorithms exhibit limited precision and fail to ensure digital valve lifespan. To address these limitations, a digital valve three-stage gain intelligent regulation algorithm (DVTIRA) is proposed, comprising three-stage gain regulation algorithm, intelligent flow rate distribution algorithm (IFRDA), and execution strategy. The displacement and subdivision flow rate characteristics of the HSV reveal that the subdivision flow rate is generated during partial opening of the HSV. Based on these characteristics, the three-stage gain regulation algorithm is developed to achieve high-precision control. The IFRDA optimizes performance metrics, including digital valve lifespan, while the execution strategy ensures high-precision, low-energy consumption HSV command execution. The experiments are conducted on the DVTIRA, and results demonstrate that the DVTIRA significantly improve control precision of digital valve. Furthermore, the DVTIRA effectively minimizes switching cycles while maintaining high continuity and uniformity, thereby ensuring the digital valve lifespan.
