摘要

Flexible pressure sensors have broad application prospects in wearable medical health monitoring, human–computer interaction, and electronic skin fields. However, the preparation of flexible pressure sensors with high linear sensitivity by using simple processes remains a huge challenge. In this work, a new strategy for high linear sensitivity flexible pressure sensors based on MXene/cotton fiber materials was reported. By injection of MXene material as a sensitive layer into the cotton fiber material of medical wound dressings, high linear sensitivity flexible pressure sensors can be easily prepared. The obtained sensor achieves a single linear high sensitivity (39.91 kPa–1 at 0–10 kPa, with a linear coefficient of up to 0.99972) and has a low detection limit of 5 Pa. This work provides insights into the design and application of a single-linear high-sensitivity flexible pressure sensor based on MXene materials, which holds broad application prospects in flexible wearable medical health monitoring and other fields.
